TERMS OF SERVICE

Article 1 (Membership)

  1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms of Service in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.

  2. "Member Information" refers to information regarding a member's attributes disclosed to the Company, as well as information such as the history of the member's transactions.

  3. These Terms apply to all members and must be observed during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Membership Eligibility: Customers who agree to these Terms and apply for membership shall be eligible as members upon completion of the prescribed registration procedures. The registration process must be performed by the individual applying for membership; registration by proxy is not permitted. The Company reserves the right to refuse applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or who are deemed unsuitable by the Company.

  2. Entering Member Information: During the registration process, please read the instructions carefully and enter the required information accurately in the prescribed form. Special symbols, old kanji characters, and Roman numerals cannot be used. If these characters are registered, the Company will modify them.

Article 3 (Changes)

  1. Members must promptly notify the Company of any changes to registered information, such as name or address.

  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damage resulting from a failure to register changes. Please note that even if a change is registered, transactions already in process before the change will be handled based on the previous information.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

Members wishing to withdraw must perform the withdrawal procedure themselves. Membership will be terminated upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal procedures.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability for Damages)

  1. The Company may revoke membership if a member provides false information during application, fails to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order sales, or if there are other reasons the Company deems the member unsuitable.

  2. Members shall be liable for damages incurred by the Company if they engage in the following acts:

    • (1) Unauthorized use of membership numbers or passwords.

    • (2) Interfering with the Company's business by accessing this website to falsify information or transmitting harmful computer programs.

    • (3) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company.

    • (4) Any other acts that violate these Terms of Service.

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

  1. In principle, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent. However, information may be disclosed without prior consent in the following cases:

    • (1) When required by law.

    • (2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect the Company's rights, interests, or reputation.

Article 7 (Prohibited Matters)

Members are prohibited from the following acts:

  1. Violating laws, these Terms, precautions for using the service, precautions for shopping, or other related regulations.

  2. Damaging the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or third parties.

  3. Engaging in acts that may negatively affect the physical or mental health of youth or other acts contrary to public order and morals.

  4. Engaging in acts that cause nuisance or discomfort to other users or third parties.

  5. Entering false information.

  6. Transmitting or writing harmful computer programs or emails.

  7. Unauthorized access to the Company's servers or other computers.

  8. Lending, transferring, or sharing passwords with third parties.

  9. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 8 (Suspension of Service)

  1. To maintain the service in good condition, the Company may suspend all or part of the service without notice in the following cases:

    • (1) For periodic or emergency system maintenance.

    • (2) When system load is concentrated.

    • (3) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power failure, or interference by third parties.

    • (4) When the Company otherwise deems suspension unavoidable.

Article 9 (Changes and Abolition of Service)

The Company may, at its discretion, appropriately change or abolish all or part of the service without prior notice.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from system interruption, delay, or termination due to failures in communication lines or computers, loss of data, unauthorized access to data, or any other damages incurred by members regarding the Company's services.

  2. The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from the Company's webpages, servers, or domains are free of harmful elements such as computer viruses.

  3. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by a member's violation of these Terms.

Article 11 (Revision of Terms)

The Company may arbitrarily revise these Terms and establish supplementary terms. Revisions or supplements shall become effective when posted on the Company's designated site. Members shall comply with the revised or supplementary terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute regarding these Terms, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of first instance.
