Ordering from the NAMELESS Official Online Store

At the NAMELESS Official Online Store, you can purchase items by selecting new arrivals or browsing by product category. On the product detail page, please select your preferred color, size, and quantity, then click the "Add to Cart"button. Note: Items will be automatically removed from the cart after a certain period of time. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days from the day following your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

  • Pre-order Items: Please refer to the estimated delivery date listed on the product detail page. Please note that the actual delivery date for pre-orders may vary slightly from the estimated schedule.

  • Delivery Address: Products will be delivered to the address specified on the shipping information entry screen.

  • Restrictions: We only ship within the regions specified in our service area. We do not accept deliveries to PO Boxes, post office pick-up services, addresses where products may be forwarded, or locations where the recipient’s identity cannot be verified.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are as follows. Please note that fees vary depending on the currency automatically displayed for your region and are charged per individual order.

  • Within Japan: ¥800

    • Free domestic shipping on orders over ¥30,000.

  • Other Regions: ¥8,000

    • Free international shipping on orders over ¥50,000.

Returns & Cancellations

In principle, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after a purchase is completed. However, exceptions will be made in accordance with the following guidelines for reasons other than the customer's convenience (damage, incorrect shipment, or other defects). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and process an exchange, return, or refund. Please contact us within one week of product delivery.

Please note that we do not maintain dedicated stock for exchanges. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued via the original credit card used at the time of purchase once the return process is complete. Depending on your credit card's billing cycle, the original amount may be deducted from your account; in such cases, the refund will be processed by the card company in the following month's billing statement.

  • Condition: The item to be returned or exchanged must be unused.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original condition (all product tags, accessories, and attachments must still be attached) with the original receipt. (Items with product tags removed will not be considered unused).

  • Usage: Items that have been worn even once, washed, or dry-cleaned are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Footwear: Shoes must not have been worn outdoors (any signs of outdoor wear will disqualify the item from return or exchange).
