SHIPPING GUIDE

How to Order

All products will be shipped after the order and payment are completed.

  1. Select Product: On the product page, select your preferred color, size, and quantity, then click "Add to Cart."

  2. Review Cart: Confirm the product name, color, size, and quantity. Once confirmed, click "Checkout."

  3. Customer Information & Payment: Enter your shipping address and select your preferred payment method.

  4. Enter Payment Details: Enter your credit card information, verify the total amount, and click "Pay Now."

  5. Order Completion: An automated "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent to your registered email address. Please keep it for your records.

Combining Orders

  • We do not accept requests to combine separate orders or consolidate shipping and handling fees once an order is confirmed.

  • If you purchase items with different shipping dates in a single transaction, all items will be shipped together once the item with the latest delivery date is available.

Early Arrival of Pre-order Items

  • If a pre-ordered item arrives earlier than the scheduled delivery date, it will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

  • If there is a possibility of a change in your address due to relocation, please notify us in advance via the "MEMO" (Remarks) section during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and New Year holidays).

    • Note: This does not apply to orders with a designated delivery date.

  • Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important: Unclaimed Packages

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left by the carrier. Please arrange for redelivery within the carrier's holding period.

  • If you fail to contact the carrier or if the address is incorrect, the package will be automatically returned to us.

  • Returned orders may be automatically cancelled. If you request reshipping, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

  • For Pre-order/Back-order Items: Reshipping costs for returned items must be borne by the customer.

  • Service Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict payment methods for future orders if a customer has a history of repeated cancellations or if packages are frequently returned due to long-term absence or refusal of receipt.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders under ¥25,000 (Tax Incl.):

    • Flat rate of ¥1,000 (Tax Incl.) nationwide (excluding Okinawa, remote islands, and Hokkaido).

    • ¥2,000 (Tax Incl.) for Okinawa.

    • ¥1,500 (Tax Incl.) for Hokkaido.

  • Orders over ¥25,000 (Tax Incl.):

    • Free shipping nationwide (including Okinawa, remote islands, and Hokkaido).

Gift Wrapping

We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. We appreciate your understanding.

Cooling-off Period

The "Cooling-off" system applies only to door-to-door sales. Since sales on this website are classified as mail-order sales initiated by the customer, the Cooling-off system does not apply.
