Payment Method and Timing Payments can be made via credit card. Payment is confirmed at the time of order. In the event of a return, credit card payments will be handled by cancelling the transaction. If the payment has already been finalized, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Delivery Time Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days from the order date, except during long holidays, busy periods, extreme weather, natural disasters, or delivery carrier delays.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations In principle, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after purchase. However, exceptions will be made in accordance with the following guidelines for reasons other than the customer's convenience (damage, incorrect shipment, or other defects). In such cases, we will bear the shipping costs and proceed with the exchange, return, or refund.
Please note that we do not maintain dedicated stock for exchanges. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued via the credit card used at the time of purchase once the return process is complete. Depending on the credit card's closing date, the amount may be deducted from your account; in such cases, the refund will be processed by the card company in the following month's billing cycle.

The item to be returned or exchanged must be unused.

The item must be in its original condition (all product tags, accessories, and attachments must still be attached) and accompanied by the receipt. (Items with product tags removed will not be considered unused).

Items that have been worn even once, washed, or dry-cleaned are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shoes must not have been worn outdoors (any signs of wear will disqualify the item from return or exchange).
