RETURN POLICY

 

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations

Policy Overview As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed. However, in accordance with the guidelines below, exceptions will be made for circumstances beyond the customer's control (such as damage, incorrect shipments, or other defects). In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and process an exchange, return, or refund.

Inventory & Refunds Please note that we do not reserve dedicated stock for exchanges. In the event that an item requested for exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued via the original credit card used at the time of purchase once the return process is complete. Note: Due to credit card billing cycles, the original charge may still be deducted from your account. In such cases, the refund will appear in the following month's statement from your card provider. We appreciate your understanding.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges To be eligible, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original condition as received, with all product tags, accessories, and attachments still intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. (Items with tags removed will not be considered unused).

  • Usage: Items that have been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Footwear: Shoes must not have been worn outdoors. Any signs of outdoor wear will disqualify the item from return or exchange.

Return Deadline You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange, regardless of the item's condition.
